	Life Classes
	As parents (and grandparents) there will always be cuts and bruises, scrapes and sprains. Hopefully there won't be anything worse. But what happens when something worse does happen? What do you do? Who do you call? Where do you go? This class, taught by EMTs and nurses, will equip you to respond to the everyday hurts and any emergency you might face as a parent. Cost is $20
	Paul often used athletic illustrations to teach the truths of the Christian life. Paul said in 1 Corinthians 9:26, "Therefore I run thus: not with uncertainty..."This class will benefit beginner and veteran runners alike. As you run a course suited to your individual ability you will see the needs and people of our community and be able to pray that the Lord works all things out for their good and His glory. Cost is $20
	This class, led by certified instructors, will train you to properly and safely handle firearms and meet all of the requirements to apply for your Concealed Weapons Permit. In addition, you will learn basic self-defense techniques to build confidence and help you in the event you find yourself in a dangerous encounter with an assailant. Cost is $150 (plus the actual license cost of $50 paid to the State of SC)
	Bible Classes
	Through a series of down-to-earth conversations with some of today's brightest scholars, author George Guthrie discusses the basic tools and attitudes needed to read the Bible more effectively. Chapters focus on the various types of literature in Scripture and how to read them well. For instance, how should we read a psalm differently than we read a parable? How should we read a story of the Old Testament differently than we read a letter from Paul? As we better understand how to read the Bible skillfully, we begin to see how every person of the Bible, every psalm, and every teaching fits into the Bible's powerful, overarching story, and we begin to realize our place in the story that God is still writing in the world. Cost is $10
	Join Beth Moore, Kay Arthur, and Priscilla Shirer in a women's Bible study recorded live at the Orlando Deeper Still conference. While these three women each speak on the distinctive topic the Holy Spirit had lead them to teach, the messages result in a marvelous blend. Kay challenges us to faithfulness in difficult days. Priscilla points to the essential of trust in God's ability, and Beth teaches on how to discern truth from error in these difficult days. Cost is $10
